Android Update 17: Part 2

- HP has ended all its plan to make a Android powered tablet, this includes the printer that was suppose to have one along with it

- DOCOMO getting Galaxy Tab in late November and the Galaxy S in late October

- Rogers Samsung captivate will not be seeing FroYo this year

- Samsung Galaxy Tab has Gorilla Glass, makes you feel a little better about putting it in your back pocket

- Android gets Skype in Market for all android phone at or over 2.1

- Desire HD unlocked sales start late October

- VODAFONE HTC Desire HD free on preorder, said to arrive on the 14TH of October

- Qualcomm launches augmented reality SDK in beta form

- Android market is now converting to local currencies, pay in your own money

- No more LG tablet, the company has dropped its plans for a FroYo tablet, no comment on future plans

- Today at CTIA Motorola showed off five new phones two phones going to AT&T two of them being new the two new ones are the BRAVO and the FLIPSIDE here are the specs, the next two are the Droid pro and Citrus both of witch are going to Verizon. The last one is called the Spice
