The 003SH features Froyo, a 3.8″ screen featuring Sharp Mobile ASV display technology, a 9.60Mpix CCD camera with AF, 400 MB of internal memory and A 1Ghz Snapdragon cpu.
The 005SH features the same hardware, with the exception of 512MB of memory, an 8MP camera, a QWERTY keyboard and a 4 way directional pad. Both devices are capable of taking 3D pictures and will come preloaded with 7 3D Games like Bio Hazard, Ghost & Goblin, Megaman, Konami Mobile Baseball game, SILPHEED Alternative and Taiko No Tatsujin. Now, if only Softbank would buy out T-Mobile here in the states and we could get in on some of this cool technology.
