Android Update 15

- Samsung Galaxy S meets Froyo by month's end for T-Mobile UK customers

- Samsung says AT&T Captivate GPS is addressed in current update

- You can update yours DROID X to Android 2.2, FroYo now.
Go to "Menu" > "Settings" > "About Phone" > "System Updates"

- Update is coming to the Evo 4G. It says that Version 3.29.651.5 shall contain fixes for
--calendar event edit issues and
--syncing of multiple gmail accounts
both of which have been subject of complaints for some time now, also said that 30 FPS cap has bin lifted

- AT&T doesn't charge you for OTA firmware updates (unless your in a foreign country)

- Droid 2 World Edition was spotted today by Droid Life we have not seen much of this phone until today, but what I am sure of that it will replace the normal Droid 2

- After the AT&T problem with the Moto Flip-out not coming with out notice, they have gone on to say that it will be coming in time for the holiday season.

- Rumored features of the Android tablet called the Dell Looking Glass inlcude:
--Android 2.1
--NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor with an optional TV tuner module
--7″ display offering a resolution of 800×480
--4GB RAM
--4GB internal storage
--Micro SD port expandable up to 32GB
--1.3 megapixel camera
all it really looks like is a beefed up Dell Streak with the the Tegra 2 processor and larger display.



- Dell Streak currently available from AT&T will soon be landing in Best Buy stores next month.

- G2 is at "Soon" Status

- Droid 2 World Edition is clocked in at 1.2Ghz thats 200Mhz faster then the one now.
